C-TECH RK is a high molecular-weight polysaccharide primarily made up of glucomannan extracted from the tuber of several species of Amorphophallos konjac. It can provide unique and desirable textures to formulated food products.

Glucomannan Content min of 80%
Total Plate Count maximum of 10,000 cfu/g
Yeast and Molds maximum of 500 cfu/g
Salmonella negative in 1.0 gram
E. coli negative in 1.0 gram
